Feature Request: New context menu item: TortoiseSVN|Checkout TortoiseSVN

Hi,

TortoiseCVS has the following feature:

(1) hit the right mouse button on a non TortoiseCVS folder or on the empty area of the explorer.

(2) in the context for TortoiseCVS select "CVS|checkout TortoiseCVS" (ok, at least I assume it will say so in English, as I am using the German Version saying: "CVS|TortoiseCVS auschecken")

(3) this checks out the source tree for TortoiseCVS

I think it would be cool to have something similar for TortoiseSVN. This maybe gets more load on the source repo, but on the other hand it maybe gets more developer involved in the project.
