TortoiseSVN and Directory Opus

Last week, I upgraded my machine and so I reinstalled with the latest
versions of all my software.

Unfortunately, Directory Opus and TortoiseSVN no longer play nice together.
I'm not sure why, but TortoiseSVN context menus no longer appear if I right
click inside a Directory Opus window (they work perfectly in Explorer, and
they worked fine together until this reinstall).

I've tried reinstalling both Tortoise and Opus but still no luck :(
All of my other programs display context menus fine in Opus. Only Tortoise
doesn't work.

My system:

Intel Core 2 DUO E6750 @ 2.66GHz
2GB RAM
Windows XP 64 (I was using XP 32-bit edition before)

Directory Opus 9.0.0.9
TortoiseSVN 1.4.5.10425 x64
