Disabling caching, Large directory, directories, Icon Overlays, Status Cache, Show overlay status icons recursively

Hi,

I am currently using Tortoise SVN Version 1.4.5

In the following documentation :

it is mentioned that speedup can be achieved by "Go to the settings dialog
and uncheck Show overlay status icons recursively.". However I was unable to
find this option.

In http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=users&msgNo=4580

it was suggested that the option could be found in later versions under :

"TortoiseSVN->Settings->Icon Overlays->Status Cache"

However I have been unable to find this too.

Is there any way for me to achieve speedup by disabling caching?
