Re: Explorer plugin tries to open D:\.svn\entries even if D:\.svn does not exists

The second issue is that .svn or _svn is only used for checkouts you do
after configuring it. If you have used the other setting earlier, those
working folders will of course still work so both svn and tsvn will use
both, the setting only applies to new working folders.
