Yes but this is for 1.4.5, not 1.4.5.10425. Is the build number irrelevant?
If so, you should omit it from the update box message.

It would be good if you could find a way to propagate the exact number of
the security issue(s) fixed or a link to the release notes into the dialog
box: that would make it more credible. This is a detail but we are so
bombarded with critical fixes nowadays that one does tend to become a
little blasé and incredulous.
