there's an entry called "TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 released", and in that entry
there's a text "Important! This is a security fix release. Please update
as soon as possible!" (with "security fix" being a link pointing to the
exact description of the issue).

And of course, instead of getting annoyed by the version reminder, why
not just updating?
