I agree, though an alternative is to goto the
TSVN->Settings->LookAndFeel, then checked Commit and Update, and
unchecked Check For Modifications. This has the effect of moving
Commit and Update to the cacaded submenu, while moving check For
Modifications to the main context menu. This way, I can convenietly
open the Check for Modifications dialog and select which files to
commit (using Commit on the dialog's context menu).
However, I know of no easy way to customize the installer to make this
the default for new installs where I work.
