Commit->Enter Log Message Window foible.

When on the "Enter Log Message" Window. If you enter the window with the
"Show unversion files" not selected and then select it, the "Changes
made" pane correctly refreshes with the files, but the automatic file
name completion in the "Message" pane still requires you to do a manual
F5 refresh before those files show up.
The same is true in reverse. If you enter the "Enter Log Message" Window
with "Show unversioned files" selected and then un-select it. The
"Changes made" pane removes the files, but the filename completion in
the "Message" pane still has all the unversioned files until you
manually F5 refresh.

Am I making any sense?
