BUG: Merge dialog "Show log" button is incorrectly disabled

Steps to reproduce:
 
1. Open a merge dialog.
2. Observe the "Show log" button for the "To:" end of the revision to merge.

Actual results:

The "Show log" button is disabled.

Expected results

The "Show log" button should not be disabled. The revision input field to the left of it remains editable, so the end revision should also be able to be selected using the "Show log" button.
