Branch/Tag dialog don't reopens after commit failed

When i choose Branch/Tag from the context menu and write no log message
the pre-commit fails cause of my pre-commit script on the server which
doesn't
allow empty log messages or log messages with "made a copy" in it, but
the
commit dialog doesn't reopen althoug the option in the settings ->
dialog 2 is
selected that it should reopen when commit fails. When using other
dialogs
i.e. the repo browser it works fine.
 
I use TortoiseSVN 1.4.4, Build 9706 - 32 Bit , 2007/06/09 09:44:02
It can't find anyone who reported this in the mailing list or issue
tracker.
