TortiseSVN :: "export selection to"

I think there is a problem with exporting files out of the repository
from the revision comparison dialog.

Client: TortiseSVN 1.4.4

Server: Subversion 1.2.3

OS: Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2

When viewing the log of a repository it is possible to select two
different versions and compare them (by selecting the "compare
revisions" option in the context menu).

In the dialog that displays the revision comparison, it is possible to
select one or more files and export them out to a file system (by
selection the "export selection to" option in the context menu).

When exporting all the files (or one of the files) an error dialog is
displayed with a message of "Access is denied."

I was expecting all the files to export out (with directory structure)
to the directory that I selected to export out to... however the problem
appears to be that files are being saved as directories. This doesn't
work of course, and then the export fails with the "Access is denied."
error message.

If I try to export out a file called "foo.txt" in my export folder there
will be a directory called "foo.txt".

Also, If I click the ok button on the "Access is denied." Dialog, the
error dialog goes away, but I can no longer interact with the revision
comparison dialog. It is frozen and I can only get rid of it by killing
it via the windows task manager.
