Yes, eol-style:native avoids a lot of cross-platform problems, but did
you actually CHECK the markers after running through the example I
gave? I'm pretty sure they'll come up different unless you installed
Cygwin in "DOS mode", which is exactly why you aren't supposed to
share a WC between Cygwin and native clients.
