I think %PATH% and %REVISION% should be in quotes in the original
text, the same way that %BUGID% is. I guess the quoted version works
because it stops msgfmt thinking this is a printf marker?

This is also in TortoiseShell/resource.rc. Maybe someone else can do
that as I can't rebuild Tortoise.pot
