I'm using 1.4.4.
a) I just selected TortoiseSVN->Delete.
b) The file remained in the working directory after I did that, it was just
marked with a red X.
c) I committed the change to delete the file.
d) The file still remained in the working directory after I committed the
change to delete it.
e) Finally, I selected the file in Windows explorer and pressed the delete
button.
I was hoping that it would be visibly removed from the directory immediately
after a).
