I have just found out what the problem is. I have a file added file in a
folder that's included with svn:externals. Strangely enough, TSVN 1.4.4
suggest that this file should be committed (it's shown in the file list
and it's checked by default).
This must be an issue introduced in 1.4.4 because files in external
folders have never been shown in the list. After all, it's shown in the
yellow exclamation point in the lower right corner that files of this
kind are exluded from commit.
