Problems with installation on Windows Vista

Hi,
I just tried to install TortoiseSVN on a brand new laptop with Windows
Vista by executing the windows installer
TortoiseSVN-1.4.4.9706-win32-svn-1.4.4.msi. After a few dialog screens
(license agreement, custom set up, ..) its time to click install. When
doing this I immediately get the response "The system administrator has
set policies to prevent this installation" and the installation
terminates?!

I am the administrator on the machine and have not changed any policy
settings for what scripts that are allowed to execute on the machine. I
checked the FAQ and found some comments about installing "Windows
Installer 3.1 redistributable". As far as I can tell Vista comes with the
Windows Installer 4.0 and should be able to handle the msi-file as is.

Any help on this topic appreciated.
