Custom log editor

Hi there

My company are very interested in using SVN, and specifically TortoiseSVN as
a front-end. We are trialling the software at the moment, and I must say
that I'm very impressed with its power and usability.

However, there is one significant problem we would like to overcome,
relating to integration with bug-tracking software. I have used the
available "bugtraq" properties, and they provide some of the functionality
we require. However, what we would really like to do is to be able to
search the items on our bugs list inside the editor, to select which one a
commit relates to. Obviously this would require us to use a custom log
editor which we would develop in-house. My question is, would there be any
way of integrating such a tool with TortoiseSVN? I know that using
command-line SVN it could be done just by setting a custom log editor, but
can similar functionality be achieved in TortoiseSVN?

Many thanks for any help anyone can give

Stephen
