Open Client Certificate prompt on every connection

Hi Guys,

When preforming any task under TortoiseSVN that needs to connect
to the server (debian + apache2 w/SSL) from my windows client I am
prompted by Tortoise to browse to some client certificate file using a
standard windows dialog box. Clicking cancel the first time brings up
a box stating that the cert is new and do I want to accept - always or
not at all. Choosing accept always (or even once) still brings up the
'Open client cert file' dialog box when connecting to server with
tortoise. This is a new occurrence that started happening when I
re-made my cert (old one expired) but I'm sure I made all the details
the same in the cert creation process.

Any ideas why I am prompted to open a cert file every time?

                                -Joshua
