Keyword substitution is handled by the SVN client library (which
TortoiseSVN uses) and is common to all Subversion clients. There does
not seem much point in us duplicating the content of the Subversion
book in our help file.

Hmmm. Actually we don't mention them at all in our help, and probably
should do, with the appropriate cross reference to the SVN book.
That's a bit of a drop off. I will add that to the TODO list.
