This has already been implemented in /trunk and will be available in
TortoiseSVN 1.5.0.

This has already been implemented in /trunk and will be available in
TortoiseSVN 1.5.0.

"Show log" is available in the context menu of files and directories in
1.4.3 as well as the coming 1.5.0. I either don't understand your question
or you missed the context menu.
