Changing author on commit

Hi,

We have a workstation in a lab where several developers are working in the
same working copy. I'd like to have the option to select the author of a
commit at commit time. I know this info. can be edited in repo browser, but
is there a way to supply a field for this in the commit dialog? If this
functionality doesn't exist, I think it's worth discussing as a feature
request.
