Feature Request: Remember Show Log Dialog Panes and Columns

In the Show Log Dialog window the panes (horizontal
dividers) don't remember the placement when the dialog is
closed. It is difficult to have to resize these each time
to a spacing commonly used. Can this be remembered?
Also on the show log dialog window, the column width (for
example if I resize author or date) revert back to a set
size after closing. Can this be remembered as well?
