locked/cleanup bug

Hi all, looks like I found TSVN bug.

I've checked out project and made some work with it.

Then trying to update it using TSVN->Update, got error:

Error: Working copy 'D:\PROJECTS\UNITS\bv7\SQL\PROCEDURES' locked

Error: Please execute the "Cleanup" command."

After Cleanup on parent folder (UNITS) and Cleanup on PROCEDURES folder
problem still exist(exactly the same problem)

Rebooting not solved it.
