Added "Show log" to the context menu of TortoiseBlame.
* TortoiseBlame calls TortoiseProc.exe
with "/command:log /revstart:x /revend:x /revpeg:x". Therefore the log
dialog only shows the one revision which was selected in TortoiseBlame. The
log dialog was changed to immediately show the log message and the paths if
the log dialog only shows one revision.
* Added a separator in the context menu of TortoiseBlame.
