Evidently, TSVN doesn't know the login & password for that server. Usually
TSVN just asks me for a login info, then stores it and uses in future.
Moreover, it does work that way from my XP machine in the office, the
problem exists only under Vista. You can test that http://svn.fidolook.org
yourself - it should ask you for a password.

I doubt that the problem is at the server's side... all another users work
with it without problems. Only me, and only from the machine with Vista,
have this problem. I suspect that it's a problem with the policies, cause I
shut down the firewall and the Windows Defender, so the policy agent is the
only service now which is able to suppress Mozilla and allow IE to work Ok.
