Problem using externals with a long wc folder name

Hi,

I have a problem with an 18 charcter folder name when I am referncing an
external.
The property looks like: svn:external PowerCADExtensions -r80
svn://localhost/doc_pcad_ext/trunk.

After the first update everything looks fine. But when I do a second
update it fails with an error message that my wc has to be cleaned.
Cleaning of the wc doesn't have any better result.

When I cut the wc folder name to 'PowerCADExt' (11 characters) it is
working fine.

I don't know if it's really a Tortoise bug or a svn because I'm just
using Tortoise.

I've tested with Version 1.4.0 and updated to 1.4.3. But the problem is
still there.

Thanx

Andy
