Commit Issue

I just switched over to using an Apache server from svnserver. I can checkout
with no problem using http URLs, but when I try and commit, I get the following
error,
"Can't open activity db: The system cannot find the path specified."

I tried to research this but didn't come up with much.

Any suggestions?
