How to change the 'Author' in Tortoise ?

Hello,

I made a lot of research, but it is impossible to find how to change the
  'Author' name used in Tortoise when I commit my modifications. I tried
to change all the MS Windows names (login name, registred user name,
etc.), but this has no effect on Tortoise.
