2) right-drag the file/folder
2) right-click on file/folder, choose "rename" and specify a full new
path (doesn't copy but move)

3) repository browser, either drag file/folder (with ctrl down to copy,
otherwise it's a move), or use the "copy to" context menu

4) repository browser, right-click on file/folder, choose "copy to" and
specify a path in your working copy.
