Windows Case-sensitive

Hello guys,

First I want to give my congratulations for the entire TortoiseSVN
developers team. It's a wonderful tool. I use it since TortoiseCVS.

I recently downloaded the version 1.4.3 and I found some different behavior
in the case sensitivity issue.

When a file is renamed under windows, TSVN thinks that it's a different file
(like svn command line and server). I don't think it's a bug because SVN
runs in other OS's. I noticed that when you right click the folder and
recursively TSVN find a "missing" file and a "added" file it automatically
corrects the name of the file and understand as a modification in the file.
I think this behavior is good.

The question is... Why the same behavior isn't implemented in the "Add"
feature?

If we have a switch like the "Use _svn instead of .svn directories" in
TortoiseSVN Settings to deal with the windows case insensitive file system
it will be wonderful. I think there's a lot of users that uses only Windows
clients.

Thanks in advance,

Eric Lemes
