RE: TortoiseProc.exe

Am I correct in assuming the debug traces will be on tonight release?
BTW: what sort of rule would be better to use, the crash or memory leak? I
don’t see either fitting in directly b/c tortoiseProc.exe doesn’t take a lot
of memory and doesn’t throw any crash exceptions. Interesting, even using
the shell to click the About, gives a similar result i.e. tortoiseProc.exe
eating up all cycles.

It's difficult to help you here. If there's no information on how to
reproduce the issue, we can't find the source of the problem and fix it.

Can you try a nightly build please?
I'll change the build script so it will upload the debug symbols for
TortoiseProc too. Then you can try out this little tool here:

Maybe you can get a stacktrace or something when TortoiseProc hangs.
