It's difficult to help you here. If there's no information on how to
reproduce the issue, we can't find the source of the problem and fix it.

Can you try a nightly build please?
I'll change the build script so it will upload the debug symbols for
TortoiseProc too. Then you can try out this little tool here:

Maybe you can get a stacktrace or something when TortoiseProc hangs.
