When you upgrade from a 1.3.x to 1.4.x version of Subversion/TSVN,
make sure you run a Cleanup on your working copy. Subversion 1.4
changed the WC format, so a 1.4 client can not show correct icons on a
1.3 working copy, unless you run a cleanup, commit or update command
on the WC.
