/closeonend - autoclose when nothing happened

Hello list

Is there an option to the closeonend switch that makes the dialog close only
if there are no operations at all?
When I use '3' (close when no merges, errors, conflicts etc.) I miss any
'modified', 'added', 'removed', operations, which i am interested in seeing
when I update my working copy.
