SVN Explorer Columns

I check out a project and set the column headings in the project root
directory to use some of the SVN column headings. Is it possible to
automatically set these on all subfolders within the project quickly or
automatically? I can't seem to find a way.

Further to this, is it possible to have a default column header set used
for all subversion directories? i.e. if the folder is a subversion
folder then apply the default set of column headers. I would like to be
able to set the defaults if possible too.
