Sure, the Help|About dialogue box is attached as
tortoiseSVN_version.jpg.

On the repo view? Yea, no change.

See check_for_modifications.jpg for what the response was when I
right-clicked on the folder icon and selected TortoiseSVN|Check for
modifications. I don't know why it would be saying that the head
revision is 64, yet the highest is 63.
