No. TOrtoiseMerge only works for text files. Diffing of binary files
such as Word documents is only supported using scripts which call the MS
tools with appropriate command line parameters to do the diff. All these
scripts have been contributed by users, and are not part of the main
development. If you would like to contribute such a script, we will be
happy to accept it.
