You can use the confirmation dialog of the bugtraq:* properties. With
bugtraq:warnifnoissue set to true tsvn will always ask for a issue
number once you hit the OK button, you then just have to answer yes to
that dialog. You'll have to configure some extra bugtraq: properties to
trigger the dialog though (at least bugtraq:logregex and bugtraq:url).
