Well, something's not right here: 1.4.1 would not show extra green check
marks but no overlay at all. Are you sure you're using 1.4.1?

If it doesn't load, then I think something on your system/setup is
screwed. Check the software panel and find out if you have multiple
entries of TSVN listed there. Then uninstall all of them before you
install it again.
