Filtering a log of the repository is an option, but the problem is
different.
I managed to convince colleagues from my team at work to use SVN
+ Tortoise.
At the beginning they where complaining that they cannot access repository
by Total Commander ;)
Then a few started to like Tortoise. But the lack of a simple search
function would be a very dissapoinment for them.
And if I tell them to use log filtering they will say, that it's a weak
application... :(

Thanks Jody. It's exactly what I mean. And filtering of a log is too....
haard for them ;)
But I can see now that if I open log of a repository, Tortoise IS getting
all filenames and other informations.
So in a similar manner the "Search" function could be made...
I really like Tortoise and there is a possibility for using it in my
company, but I must convince my boss.
