TSVN & GPO (was Re: Disable Automatically Check For Newer Versions?)

Would there be much interest in having a Group Policy Administrative
Template to help push out TortoiseSVN settings on a domain? I had
started working on one a while back for my own use, but other projects
have pushed it to the side. If there was enough interest, I'd happily
resurrect it and contribute it to the community.
