I can't say nothing about Subclipse using another library, I though it was the same. And sure, it wouldn't be a fair comparison!

Thank you for explaining it is a Subversion issue and not a TortoiseSVN. I'll take a look in their mailling list.

Does Subclipse use the same version of the Subversion library as TSVN?
If not, then that's not a fair comparison.

Since TSVN uses the Subversion library for all repository access, you
should ask these kinds of questions on the Subversion mailing list.
