TortiseSVN 1.4 download problems?

I don't know if there is a problem on my side or if this is an overall problem
but I'm simply trying to download TortiseSVN 1.4.0.7501 from any Sourceforge
mirror or from the nightlies. At
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.7501-win32-svn-1.4.0.msi?download
I get that the file is 8.71 MB in size but it hangs at 8.35MB regardless of the
browser. Using wget to get
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.7501-win32-svn-1.4.0.msi?download
tells me that the file size is 8,716,288 bytes but it hangs at 8,506,524 bytes -
about the same issue as the browser.

Is this something on my end or is there a problem with the file?
