I've downloaded two versions of HAMPAL, but neither of them showed this
error.
You can go to http://www.dependencywalker.com and download the tool
there. Then open HAMPAL.exe with the dependency walker and you will see
which dll can't load MSVCR80.dll - that's the one you should check which
app it belongs to and then complain there.
