Missing MSVCR80.dll

From: <w.hlawatschek_at_aeromaritime.de>

When loading a picture for transmission with HAMPAL (a program for
receiving/transmitting images via HF, based on DRM for radio amateur
application) I get the following message:

Executable C:\...\HamPal\HamPal.exe had the following unrecoverable
error:
Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by
C:\Programme\TortoiseSVN\bin\liapr_tsvn.dll)
Please ensure that it is installed

After confirming with "OK" the program terminates. Uninstalling
TortoiseSVN cures the problem. This happens on a desktop AND laptop with
XPP SP2 and TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7195 and Build 7501. I'm aware that
this is a rather exotic query and may be more a problem within HAMPAL
than Tortoise, but may be somebody has a solution. Simple copy of
MSVCR80.dll into the HAMPAL folder didn't help.
