Revert to this Revision in log messages dialog in 1.4.0 RC1

Hello,

I think the behavior of this function is not working correctly, and I
have not seen that this is fixed or reported yet. If I missed something,
I'm sorry.

The function actually restores to the revision 1 below the expected
revision I have selected. I've also tested it with multiple files.
