SOT: TortoiseSVN Icons in Eclipse

I've recently installed the TortoiseSVN plugin for Eclipse and am
wondering if there's anyone else using it who might be able to help me
get the icon overlays to appear. I installed the TSVN plugin after
having used Subclipse and when both were installed, the Subclipse
icons seemed to take precedence. I've tried disabling Subclipse, but
the TSVN icons still do not appear. Now I have no icons.

This is purely cosmetic, but I really prefer the TSVN icons and would
rather have those appear than the Subclipse icons.
