+1 vote from me on this suggestion. TortoiseSVN Commit dialog status
scans are one of the most time consuming parts of our work day right
now. Any options that serve to reduce this scan time are helpful. You
can see many other threads in dev where I make suggestions on
expanding Commit dialog functions in more complicated ways than this
one. :) This seems to be a very simple and logical option.
    Most upload/download dialogs on file tools these days have a "Keep
dialog open after complete" checkbox, so having something similar on
the Commit dialog makes sense.
