Cracked sound in media after tortoiseSVN installation

Hello everyone,

I've downloaded and installed last version of tortoiseSVN
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.7195-RC1-win32-svn-1.4.0RC1.msi?download)
and after installation my sounds in movies become cracking.

As I tried to investigate this thing, I found out that it's connected
somehow with AC3 codec. The problem is when using any player (I've used
LA and MS Media Player). I also tried reinstalling codec pack, using
different codec packs, seperate installation of ac3 codec filter and
even system restore to previous time, but it didn't gave any effect.

If someone knows the solution, or probable reason or where to inform
about this bug, please notify me.
