RE: Unable to set properties on files under svn control

<snip>

I am trying to use TortoiseSVN to set the svn:needs-lock property on a
file in my working copy of our subversion repository. I right-click on
the file, select Properties from the context menu, select the Subversion
tab, and select svn:needs-lock from the properties combo-box...but the
Set button remains greyed-out. What do I need to do to enable it?

type '*' into the box underneath and then the set button will enable.
